Our innovative, award-winning model was developed by mix-use creative workspace provider Arbeit Studios in partnership with Spacecraft, a placemaking consultancy, run and co-owned by Arbeit’s directors.
This online platform was developed by Studio Hyte, copywrite provided by Anon Agency, visuals and plans drawn by Richard Brown and building regulations review by Firecare999 and MM Electrical.
Over the past 10 years we have developed, produced and implemented various fit-out solutions for different sites, depending on the structural, budgetary and operational requirements and restrictions.
During the years, we developed a fit-out model, which has since been developed, modified and altered further to fit the scope and shape of different sites.
This is when we set up Spacecraft - a placemaking and workspace consultancy aiming to provide innovative advice to clients who are looking to repurpose their commercial properties, seek further space efficiency and new operational models.
With more than 30 years of joint experience in the sector, we are excited to now be in a position to influence current and future policy, regulations and ways of working with occupiers, landlords, councils and developers.
Our innovative approach was recognised in July 2021 when we were awarded the Winner of the Mayor's Resilience Fund Affordable Workspace Challenge.
